Massage all over the body until well absorbed, concentrating on areas of concern. For optimum results, use morning and night. Best to be applied on damp skin after shower or bath. Can also be used as bath oil.

TIPS FOR CELLULITE-TARGETING

• Thighs and buttocks: Use both hands to encircle each thigh and apply strong pressure from knee and upward to stimulate drainage and circulation. Then, using closed fists, massage target areas on the thighs and buttocks using circular strokes.

• Stomach: Gently pinches across the surface of the stomach to unblock built-up tissue. Then, contract the abdominal muscles and, using the palm of your hand with gentle pressure, smooth the skin away from the navel.

• Hips: Massage in circular movements with pressure.

• Repeat the process consistently to achieve and maintain your desired results.

• Drinking more water, regular exercise and maintaining healthy diets are believed to help in reducing the appearance of cellulite.
